I'm learning that not everyone is like me, so not anymore

Not anymore

I tend to give provisional trust easily,
so long as there's no obvious reason not to.
However, if my trust is abused, it is not easily re-won.
Few get the chance.
Thinking back, I've been lucky.
My trust has rarely been abused.
