Ok one more post about my roomate situation...

So I gave her a heads up about the eviction notice I got and it's been a week n half I had it. And haven't really seen her to give to her...almost seems she is avoiding it.
Also I asked about the money she said she would pay me for rent this month. She gave me 40$ a couple weeks ago or so and when I asked again yesterday she told me she figured since I got an eviction notice for her and has to come up with money for down payment to rent somewhere else that she figures she didn't have to pay. Yet she has had over 2000 grand in casino winnings so I know she has it to give. all I asked in the beginning moving in was 200$ a month that's not a lot and she gave me 50$ last night put in my truck.So I told her how I felt about how she hasn't cleaned the stuff I asked her to do over a month n half.. And about the puppies her dog had and telling my daughter that she could have half the money and the n said she gets nothing...she said she never told her yes but my daughter doesn't lie..well my thought is it would be the right thing to do to split the money..am I wrong? Everyone agrees she should split the money. Plus she told me that my daughter does have a say in where they go as far as who and finding a good home as she is part of it as well...but yet she has no right to money for the puppies wow!!! And she has some spoken for already...ppl lined up for a puppy. She says she has to pay for shots and that will be a lot and she is actually doing my daughter a favor. No she is doing g herself a favor by being selfish keeping all her money for herself. I dobt know what to do.. ugh...it's making me so angry. I guess I need to stay up late to hand the eviction notice to her...she is a night owl and I am not so I am usually sleeping when she gets back home from going out...feel like pulling my hair out

About all you can do with such people, unless you want to file suit, is get free of them as soon as possible.

@Mamapolo2016 exactly...tryin to do that but I have to hand her the eviction notice...I ont need her to fight it and say she didn't et it or I didn't hand it to her. I already checked the box saying I personally delivered it...but she seems to be avoiding it and not being home or leaving as soon as I get home ugh!!!
@michgirl75 Go to a bakery and buy a couple of cupcakes in a box. Leave a note on her door. 'Look, I don't want to be enemies. I bought you some cupcakes as a peace offering.' Put the eviction notice in an envelope and put it in the box. When she appears for her cupcakes, hand her the box and say 'you've been served.'
@Mamapolo2016 oh you are sneaky
@Mamapolo2016 personally I would buy a cake and have the frosting say - YOU HAVE BEEN SERVED cost more but the memories will scar her for life _ I mean the memories will be with her.
@MarmeeMarch @MarmeeMarch Well, I don't think she wants to rehabilitate her, she just wants her gone.
