I used to work in an ice cream shop where we made a flavor similar. It was called Blue Goat, made from blueberries and goat cheese. Pretty tasty.

@Heysmellthis lol.. It was coffee ice cream with fudge swirl and Oreo cookies too and I think chocolate chunks...I ll never forget getting it, was at a beach in New Hampshire!
