Stare back and try to figure out if they’re trying to get my attention. If they just keep staring creepily, I’d point it out to everyone possible so that they know who it is, and for whom to look if something happens to me.

I probably wouldn’t do to well with hiding how uncomfortable I am. I’d do my best to ignore it or get out of that situation.
