To straight edge people: how do you do that?

Like drugs and alcohol makes things so much easier to deal with. I have to hit the Dutch every day before work or else I will snap at everyone. I’m a short tempered person lol but when I’m high I’m so calm and friendly 😂 the same when I sneak in booze with me. I mean I do it on my days off too but I save my pills for then. Idk man it just makes life easier. I couldn’t imagine life sober again, I’m so much happier now, and I used to talk shit that I would never drink or do drugs.

I don't drink to "deal with" things. That's an addict's reason for drinking or doing drugs.

The only times I drink (which may add up to a couple times a year) is to have fun with friends. I only drink when I'm already in a good mood and ready to relax.
