@FlatEarthChocolateCookie I think that people can go through similar situation. Never identical obviously. Plus, the way our personalities differ makes it less possible that anyone in the world could be just the sane as someone else.

Fair enough :) I always (naively) dreamed that i might find someone just like me. But then people, naturally, are always changing and I’ve come across people that I used to be like, or could be like in the future. We react to things differenty too so perhaps you’re right, situations alone don’t shape us

Personalities are often just masks people wear though. Deep down many people are different to what they project

@FlatEarthChocolateCookie I think you, just like everyone else, can find a person with whom you'll have so much in common, probably too much. But there will always be some differences. Either in the way you face life or deal with your problems or the way you react etc. The point is to complete each other, not to be identical.
