These would be the same staffers who spend their day taping shredded documents, monitoring the news for any uncomfortable stories and creating typos and grammatical errors in official government documents.
They did indeed state that Trump was departing the UK for Scotland. An otherwise innocent mistake, when added to the daily plethora of idiocy it's another drop in the bucket.
