Apologize and move on. If you both have said sorry and accepted the others apology, forget about it :)

A big blowup is the thunder and lightning after days - weeks - months - of threatening skies. It should clear the air.

yeah I think right after big fights, things can be a bit awkward for a while, but before you know it things get back to normal
