What's the worst injury you've had and how did it happen?

@Stereoguy sorry, I worded that wrong, it was my own birth, I had a pretty serious head injury and I've never had anything that bad happen to me since. So I don't remember it, fortunately, but I think it's responsible for some strange deficits I have, like not being able to recognize faces.

@SW-User were the doctors negligent?
