What's the worst injury you've had and how did it happen?

I’ve pulled a bunch of different muscles on my leg and around my knees while figure skating. The worst was a bad hamstring strain.

@Gunner71 yeah they’re a little creaky and probably have some arthritis but they’re still pretty functional 😊

@Gunner71 no, these were all many years ago when I was a kid/teen and I don’t do much of anything strenuous anymore.
