The NHS is celebrating its 70th Anniversary today.
It's not perfect but we are very fortunate to have it when compared to countries that don't have something similar

@Brenda My mum and dad were sent to a childrens home during world war 2 while the queen and the rest of her fascist nazi regime were doing Nazi salutes in the grounds of buckingham palace its ok if you dont want to forgive me for that i aint and never will be a royalist

@SW-User spent time in a carehome myself, not during the war, The Queen was in the Land Army if I remember right, The Queen Mother stayed in London,
