Do you think you would get away if you were attacked by one violent random?

You get jumped by a disturbed ill intended stranger, nobody is around to help you.
Based on your reflexes and cognitive ability do you think you might have a good chance of getting away unscathed?

I was jumped when in jr hi. It happened to fast for me to run and before I realized, my arms were held behind my back. They exposed my stomach then repeatedly punched me. My bellybutton ached for several days.
