Do you think you would get away if you were attacked by one violent random?

You get jumped by a disturbed ill intended stranger, nobody is around to help you.
Based on your reflexes and cognitive ability do you think you might have a good chance of getting away unscathed?

I tend to think I might be in trouble but if I could think of my kids, I might muster the strength to use whatever I had. Headbutt, biting like a zombie, stomping on toes, poking eyes, targeting the windpipe, grabbing the shirt hairs etc.
