Do you think you would get away if you were attacked by one violent random?

You get jumped by a disturbed ill intended stranger, nobody is around to help you.
Based on your reflexes and cognitive ability do you think you might have a good chance of getting away unscathed?

I dunno. That one story about a lady pinching a guy so hard that she tore muscle fibers from his arm comes to mind. I might have a chance, I might not due to my size.
