I just bumped into someone and apologised and went to step out of their way, but they stepped the same way as me, so we bumped into each other again and then I went to step the other way, and he went the other way too. God knows how many times I apologised. 😠

@SW-User We have a reputation for it but I think it's largely overblown ;)

I find the way to win the sidestep game is to focus your eyesight on one direction, wait, let the other person move, and then push on.
