Here’s an article called ‘10 Ways You Can Stop Being So Easily Offended.’

Something I do I call ‘get over yourself’ is to remind myself people are not wrapped up in me, they’re wrapped up in themselves, and odds are excellent that whatever they just did that offended me was NOT directed at me. So if they’re grouchy or snippy or mean I just chalk it up to general disgruntlement. If it’s a message that WAS meant for me, they’ll probably find a way to clear that up for me.[image=http://meanttobehappy.com/10-ways-you-too-can-stop-being-so-easily-offended/]
