@Poet123 well not eating enough to gain some weight my friend! i mean you don't need to gain a lot but 50 is way too little a nice 65 would be good for you! also if you want to gain some muscle you'll need some meat on your bones to support it.
@Poet123 god no! you need to eat a lot and al ittle faster but healthy. callories can be higher but not because of only fat and sugar. for example eat more bread and pasta and more meat.
