i disagree i think originally news was actually meant to impart awareness and adds were a means to an end. and the amount pandering was gradual. there has always been a bias but now bias is sold as a brand.

I watch the news still. I like to watch local news in the morning for traffic and weather

I committed myself to national and international news once a week. I don't think it is healthy to be bombarded with so much bullshit everyday. Just check up on the weekends.
