yeh, most vegan ice creams have casein in them, sooo much for that.

that's if you're really fussy or have a real problem with some foods.


most 'vegan' processed foods have some form of dairy or part of a cow in it that's been processed for 'additives' like binding agents, clearing and filter chemicals.... stuff that keeps the color and freshness... and then the artificial flavor.

read those labels... if you don't understand what is on the label google can help you learn more what that 'term' means!

be weary of 'gluten free' also. most aren't. :/

and we hate finding out the hard way right? a label can lie but our bodies tell the truth .... the next day. :(
