I draw my happiness from my surroundings and interactions to within. When I utilize humor and make others laugh I'm happy.
At my age I'm very self-aware but I think to achieve complete happiness, I have to find a way to generate it internally rather than drawing it externally.

@Sapio to know yourself so well is a pretty awesome thing!

@Wurkoutgurl It is in some aspects but there's still so much left unanswered.
I think that's the blessing and curse of life. Each day we are capable of getting another piece of the puzzle that makes us who we are. Yet we never quite get enough to give us the full picture.

@Sapio I feel like I know myself pretty well. I'm pretty happy, yet there are times when innocent decisions can become bad mistakes. That's what I'm trying to avoid.

@Wurkoutgurl I find what we try to avoid we attract. Because of that I'm constantly trying to put awareness in place of avoidance.

@Sapio great idea. It's kind of like a diet. If I go on one I'll eat everything in site! ,😁

@Wurkoutgurl Very good analogy, one I can totally relate to.
