Tips on caring for premature babies?

Anyone have tips? The doctor wants to do an emergency c-section in like three days if my fiancee's condition doesn't get better.

She has carried them almost to full term. I wouldn't think they would be that underweight now.
A lot of women have their babies a couple of weeks early.
