Do you think Donald Trump will be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize before or after he starts his second term as President ?

First, he has to get through the primaries, then the election, before there's a second term.
Second, if you are referring to the N Korea talks, shouldn't we wait to see if that actually does result in peace?
