I know 100persent im not pregnant im virgin never been with a boy. Ive Just put my under wear on and when i touched. My breast to get comfy in my top im sure i got a drop of Milk out of my nipple

It happens. :) Even if you were pregnant, lactating doesn't start until much later during pregnancy.
