Why do some people cancel plans at the last minute??
My friend cancelled a plan at the last minute when i have been waiting for her for an hour馃槕

She did contact you though in the end from what I read here... Wait until you have a friend so unreliable, they make plans, and when they cancel them they don't even contact.
