Are you an elitist?

I am. I really don't believe in fairness. Whenever I have an advantage over someone I make sure to never let them reach my level in whatever it may be. I'm extremely competitive and it's no joke. I will keep everything I can away from others to ensure I have superiority in as many ways possible.

That sounds like female workplace mentality. I'm competitive at work too, but I always have my coworker's backs and do what I can to lift all boats. This I think is a common thread among men.
