Either make a recording/video of what you don't want to forget, or write it all down. Then, you can fall asleep without worrying you'll forget.

@SW-User if you read I said i'm staying awake so I don't forget what I do remember (which is this), meaning if I sleep and during it I do something memorable, I don't want to forget it, but it won't happen cause I'm not asleep.
