How do you make yourself sleep when you can’t seem to get to sleep?

I don't have any trouble now that I'm on anti-depressants. I used to take benadryl

@Mondayschild i am slowly being weaned off my antidepressant,cuz i feel i no longer need it.i sure hope so!

@Mondayschild i can always go back on them if I have to tho.thinking of trying 3mgs Melatonin for better 😴
