Santa Clause was real, until

I remember being 16 or so when one of my 6yo cousins walked in my room while I was doing my make up - He asked me if Santa Clause was real.

I replied "He was.Until he forgot my presents"

I said this while I applied lipstick on in a really sinister way which was downright scary. I'm pretty sure my cousin didn't know better and believed that I killed Santa for the rest of the year.
