How long are your showers / baths?? 40 mins showers for me. I really tried making them 10, 15., 20 mins....failed lol

@SW-User Showering too much can damage your skin, getting rid of lipids and essential oils. Hair gets damaged from shampooing too often, too. You only really need to shower after you get dirty or sweat a lot.

@dumpstermeow Though. Armpits and groin do need soap every day.
