have you ever not seen someone in a while and wondered how there were doing and then end up hearing they died.

yep, last i heard he was going back to Texas. I had assumed he was living a happy life there. He was the best ever. Haunts me till this day.

Yes, I had a friend who I saw on a Facebook post. I sent a friend request, and got no answer (which was odd, as his nature would be to either accept immediately or tell me to get lost). A short while after that, I was contacted by a mutual friend about a memorial service for him (he had died of complications from heart surgery).

No but I did hear about the death of an old neighbor of mine who we were a little bit friends in like 2008 and he used to treat me like crap. he died a year ago so young to die, he was a year younger than me, died in an accident he and his sister. It was so hard for his father. I can only wish them peace.
