Appropriation is only for minorities that have been oppressed. Therefore China can't be appropriated from.

@GardenSage Chinese are the people in question. Not all Asians. A lot of Asians aren't the same race. Also not every race is oppressed or a minority. Native Americans are a good example of an oppressed race that people appropriate. Chinese are not
