I don't have a bed, I sleep in a recliner. I have one pillow for under my head and one to elevate my feet so they are higher than my heart. I've heard this is good for us.. I can't remember why., so I guess it has nothing to do with improving our memory.

I currently sleep with one. If I had a bed of my own I would have at least 6
