How to deal with cravings.. I just want to go to mcdonalds and stuff myself with fries :(

Food can be an addiction. So... Do what other addicts do: feel like shit, and hope it'll pass, while you continue to distract yourself with other stuff in effort to fend-off cravings. I dunno, it's a choice you make. I tend to lean on the "comfort" side of food, so sometimes fries are the answer... (Metaphorical fries, 'cause I'd rather go for pizza.) But sometimes I need a walk, instead... So. Do what feels right. And, if all else fails, drink water. Maybe you're just thirsty. Maybe if you force yourself to cook at home, you'll get so tired of refried beans and cereal that you'll choose to take a break from eating. :) I don't know. Good luck.

Since im doing intermittent fasting im just going to drink a lot of water now. Thank you for the advice and encouragement :D@lovelywarpedlemon
