How do you make money recycling?

How exactly do you make money from buying and selling junk, like motors because I have to make a living like that, I want to buy old electric motors and then sell them to a junkyard and also recycle, what is the cheapest way to do this? like what motors have to most copper in them from buying a few from a second hand shop?

Go someplace where there are a lot of barns and sheds. (You still need the van mentioned below, or at least a REALLY big basket for your bike.) Stop at farms and houses that have junky yards. Tell them you have come to save them from being buried alive, and of course they don't have to pay you for cleaning out their buildings, you are happy to be of service.
