If you already have a nice apartment at low rent would you consider buying a home?
I'm single and perfectly happy here. I'm able to save about three thousand a month. What should I do with it all? Retirement plan, check. Car, check.

The downside to renting is that you don’t build any equity. But it all comes down to what you value more: equity or mobility. Buy some wine too. Lots of wine.
