If you already have a nice apartment at low rent would you consider buying a home?

I'm single and perfectly happy here. I'm able to save about three thousand a month. What should I do with it all? Retirement plan, check. Car, check.

Monster is right though, if you can take a portion of that money and purchase something small that you can rent out, thats the way to go.
