How many miles-per-hour do you usually travel over the speed limit, and when was the last time you received a speeding ticket?

Law enforcement here has their radars set to ignore anyone doing 10% over the speed limit. Driving 110 kph in a 100 kph zone will not get you a ticket. Driving 35 kph in a 30 kph zone will get you a ticket. Enforcement varies with time of year and government greed/need. Tickets are a great source of revenue.
