Is there a certain phrase that people use all the time that drives you nuts?

I know the posted question was in reference to phrases, but there are single misused words as well which grate terribly on my ears:

1. Extreme overuse of the word "surreal" in a casual context has, in my opinion, sadly diminished the intended gravity of this adjective!
2. Mispronouncing "nuclear" as "nucular"- 😫
3. "My bad"
