Is there a certain phrase that people use all the time that drives you nuts?

When someone says "smile" why the fook would I want to smile when I'm told to. Since I wasn't smiling in the first place. They can jog on!!!

Oh yes I had that. It is annoying as heck. I smile for like few seconds then go back serious once they've looked away. @Dusty101
