Who do you talk to for parenting advice?

I'd like to think I got a pretty good handle on things. That being said, my sister also has kids so we do talk about it. '.What did you do when yours did this.. what did you do when yours did that', that type on lingo. My mother would also give me advice regardless if I would ask her or not.
