Do you remember

Anything from High School biology class?

I randomly remembered parts of cells like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, bilipid cell wall and vacuole... It always amazes me the useless information one can still recall.

@EugenieLaBorgia True but for people who end up in careers completely unrelated to science that information lies dormant in some dark benthic region of the mind.
@pre125 I understand that ... but what about 'private' interests? Cell biology, in itself, has quite a mystical history!

I'd probably find the history more interesting than the actual science because of the human aspect to it...I enjoyed learning about the history of plant classification when Linaeus tried to order plants based on reproductive parts...
