Am i the only one who has never played Sims

Top | New | Old
I played it once. My sim had a modest house complete with nice furnishings, and a 9000$ computer, and this was a while ago, too! My sim never slept in the luxuriously comfy bed I got them, ate their food and dropped plates on their kitchen floor, and continuously cried and complained about not having any friends. Did I mention that they had a 9000$ computer?!? My sim just cried themselves to sleep on their couch night after night. It was kinda depressing. Needless to say, but I was glad when my sim finally died.

What an ingrate; no one's ever given me a 9000$ computer.

I only played that old version on PS2.

@SW-User I miss my ps2 and 3
Many have more important pursuits.

I haven't either

@SW-User are you sure?

@NoYou yup
Probably not. Its not exactly an exciting game. But it is a fun way to learn your parenting limits and what will drive you to abandon your family.

@nonsensiclesnail lol. I like building houses and decorating them and seeing how many kids i can handle without using cheats.
@iamnikki That is the part of the game I like as well - the building and decorating. Working them up through their careers. But I get annoyed if I've got more than three sims to control. So on the kid front, not many. Not many at all.

But! I did find it fun to make clones of my people and take them on different paths to see who was happiest. It's weird when you make a clone and your two clones almost refuse to become friends.

@nonsensiclesnail I've never cloned a sim. Sometimes I wish I could get sim body shop to work. It hardly ever opened on this computer. I used to create clothes and really cute sims, now they all look cookie-cutter lol

Nope. And there have been a couple different versions of it through this household.
