I'm afraid I couldn't choose any of the options provided.
What I see is that the American government is talking about military action without being in possession of confirmed proof. They seem to be relying on proof supplied by the white helmet dudes who may or may not be telling the truth.

Russia and Assad have offered for American and or British investigation to take place on the ground in the exact spot where the attack allegedly took place. They have said they will safeguard any investigators who go there.

I would like to see or hear about confirmed proof. I am also still waiting for confirmed proof that the Russians were involved in the poisoning of the ex-spy in England.
Similarly I am waiting for real proof that Russia was involved in the election of Trump.

Allegations that could influence the lives of innocent people need to be backed up with real proof. Any court in the world would demand the same thing.
