Do you think all guns should be made to backfire?

That way, people who use guns would commit suicide instead of murdering others. Your thoughts?

I’m not a “gun nut” but I’d only support that if the mechanism could tell the difference between someone committing a crime vs. someone protecting home or family from intruders.
