Go for a run, clean the house, read a book. 14 days to break a habit and if you break and smoke then you forgive yourself and go back to not smoking. I gave up 6 months ago but I've smoked about 5 times in that time period...i still consider myself a non smoker now though
@MushroomFaerie I did quit for a whole year once but at the time I was living with a smoker and the temptation got way to much for me and honestly I have the motivation of a promise I made to my Nephew
