What's a man to do my first day off the cigarettes and the cravings are driving me nuts I need a distraction

@revenant I tried those once and for me they only made things worse I thought about those vapours but have been told that they are more addictive than the cigarettes

@Diesel95 I have never vapped but I use those plastic cigs and find them great especially for your hands and fidgeting.
