Ladies, if a male friend came to you with tears in their eyes asking for help dealing with gender identity issues, what would you do?

It actually happened once.

My own life isn't a model for anyone and I usually give terrible advice. But I listened and cared.

I think it helped a little, and I hope I could do it again.
