Have you ever "paid it forward" by paying for a coffee--or whatever--for the next person in line someplace and you don't even know them?

I think this is cool to share...walking ny dogs I found a guy lying face down in gravel in 30 deg weather..got him up, asked what he'd taken . heroin. I bought him lunch, located a bed for him in a shelter, gave him bus fare to get there. That same day I walked to the grocery store and bought too much - couldn't carry it home! about 2 minutes heroin guy showed up. asked if I needed help, and carried groceries home for me. Almost instant Karma.

@Mamapolo2016 This makes sense but buying someone their coffee when they can themsleves is not my idea of lending a helping hand.
