@Angeleyez ohhh so thats why Im on cholesterol meds, high blood pressure meds and take insulin for diabetes 🤔... well i dont eat that everyday...

@Angeleyez well I was eating mostly organic raw veggies, and drinking 8 cups of water but i found that my colon and bladder couldn't take the added stresses I was leaking like a baby in a 3 day old diaper...

My cholesterol was down and bp was down but I was unhappy , miserable and depressed...
