A lot of the time. I was told it's because I'm looking for a reward. Which honestly I can't say is true. I spend more time now thinking about not always doing what's expected and I feel less crap. Whilst everyone around me suffers.

Absolutely. Sometimes the right thing doesn’t make everything better, it’s simply the right thing. But in the long run as a lifestyle, you can count on less drama and more peace.
